My experience at Mall of Georgie Mini was by far the best. The dealership was willing to give additional concessions beyond what a closer dealer was willing to offer on a very similar car. The service department at Mall of Georgie Mini delivers outstanding service as well. I have had several positive interactions with then servicing my previous 2014 hardtop. More

Amazing Service-Very Professional, Personable, and Friendly I bought my first Mini at this dealership two years ago...Because I live in NC, I have to drive over 2 1/2 hours for service. The staff has made it worth it every time I have made the trip, including my last trip for service which took the whole day to complete (and took an unexpected turn)! While waiting on my car, I started reading through my emails and ran across an Ad from Mini regarding a new upgrade program they were promoting. I asked Jordan Smith for details, and he kindly and patiently explained it to me. Long story short, a long service day became very interesting! To say the least, Jordan Smith worked with me, going above and beyond my expectations! I got an amazing deal and drove home very happy in a brand new volcanic orange #Rockytop#GoVols Mini!! Purchase of Mini Clubman on 5/24/2017 We were interested in purchasing a Mini Clubman so we visited Mall of Georgia Mini for the first time on 5/24. The facility from showroom to service We were interested in purchasing a Mini Clubman so we visited Mall of Georgia Mini for the first time on 5/24. The facility from showroom to service shop appeared first class. Every employee we met was friendly and competent in their job. When we met Pat, our salesman, I noted he was wearing a Hendrick shirt. That is when we learned that this Mini dealer is part of the Hendrick dealer network. We had purchased a Tahoe from Hendrick Chevrolet Buford in the past and were pleased how that purchase went. We immediately felt comfortable at the Mini dealership. The process of looking at, test driving and then purchasing our Mini went smoothly. We also met Matt, service manager, who gave me a tour of the service area where we discussed Minis. Milton, the finance manager, made the paperwork side of the purchase as painless as possible. Overall we enjoyed our interaction with Mall of Georgia Mini during the purchase of our Clubman. We hope to continue a positive relationship through the monthly Mini gatherings at the dealership and with the service department. More
