I bought a Cadillac XT 5 from Imperial Chevrolet this week and was impressed by the whole experience. To be honest, we had 2 negative experiences with Imperial Chrysler in the past and were leery to ret week and was impressed by the whole experience. To be honest, we had 2 negative experiences with Imperial Chrysler in the past and were leery to return even though this was Imperial Chevrolet. Boy was I wrong. Everyone we encountered through the entire experience bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. My salesman, Mowas helpful and knowledgeable and I found him to also be extremely patient and honest as well, as was Eli in the finance office. So much so that they stayed 2 hours after closing on Saturday just to make the deal for me! Now that’s outstanding customer service. I learned a long time ago, if you don’t recognize and reward excellent customer service when you find it, you won’t find it very much longer. These gentlemen exemplify outstanding customer service. This is the fifth car we’ve purchased at Imperial Cars and are going back today to look for another for my son. Trust me, Mo and Eli represent Great customer service at Imperial Chevrolet. Good selection and inventory, fair pricing and outstanding customer service! (And no, I’m not related to Mo or Eli, just a very happy customer). Buy your next car from Mo.
