The reason I purchased my car at BMW of West St. Louis was because of the service reputation from my friends and other people I trust. The service I received last week was exceptional. It was the ex was because of the service reputation from my friends and other people I trust. The service I received last week was exceptional. It was the example of how service should be done. Everything in the dealership is clean; the service check in is swift and friendly. Mindy Linn did a great job. She was pleasant and made me feel welcome. She told me the service would take an hour and a half. I had arranged for a loaner, but I decided to wait instead to skip the hassle of returning the car. It took a little LESS than an hour and a half for the service. The waiting area was clean (as it always is) and organized in such a way as to maintain good social distancing. All employees were masked, which made me feel like they were genuinely concerned about my wellness. When service was completed, all of the paperwork was completed and my car was waiting just outside the door. The follow up video was also a nice touch! The Suntrup family should all be proud of Mindy and the rest of the service staff for their efforts. More
