On 09/10/2021 I took my 2018 GMC pick up truck to Holm automotive in Abilene, Kansas for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Everything seem to go fine until I got home and looked at the invoice. The dealership said they reset my oil life monitor, but when I looked, it had not been reset and still had 33% left. Also on the inspection sheet it showed that my windshield condition was “checked andOK ( green check mark) I have a crack in the windshield that occurred last winter. I know these are the little things, but if the little things are not done right, how can I have trust that the big things will be done correctly too. More
