I went in for a service recall on a sensor, and came out a new customer. The Bev Smith Toyota dealership is second to NONE. I was treated as if I were family. The initial pricing on proposed new tires for our 2022 Camry was an obvious attempt to rip me off. This was not on the Service Advisor who was in fact quite helpful and did try diligently to find alternat Camry was an obvious attempt to rip me off. Indeed, I am getting better tires installed elsewhere for hundreds of dollars less than what you quoted me. This has tarnished my view of the dealership and we will need to think long and hard before buying another car from Bev Smith. More
