I have leased and purchased many vehicles in my life, but I would be remiss if I didn’t sing the praises of Holda of Freehold. My recent visit (March 2023), was to obtain a new leased vehicle and return the I would be remiss if I didn’t sing the praises of Holda of Freehold. My recent visit (March 2023), was to obtain a new leased vehicle and return the one I leased three years earlier. This was by far the most enjoyable experience ever from any previous dealership. It started weeks before with various informational phone conversations and text messages with Leasing Manager, Randee Schneider, who also set the appointment for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Sales Representative Brionna Agosto who took me to see some new vehicles, and then began the process of putting me in a new car. Working with her was an absolute joy. Ditto for Sales Manager Isaac Camel who offered me a deal “I couldn’t refuse”. The Finance Manager, Mike Simpson, processed the necessary documents expeditiously and sent me on my merry way to get acquainted with my new acquisition. All of the Honda of Freehold staff who worked with me made this experience the absolute best. To coin a phrase, “I’ll be back”. More

My pregnant wife was harassed by Mariam when picking up plates, in regards to an honest review is was persuaded to leave. Wasn't planning on reviewing here. However, taking in account resent harassment here is what I left for Honda. Honda is Great Brand. Will recommend. Salesmen team pushed us into buying a car they wanted to get rid. Refused to entertain the idea of getting a color we want for a brand new car. Management, added a $3+k service fee to the contract. Contract was not shown before signing. We were presented whit sign field only on the tablet. In conclusion, I do not leave reviews often. Honda asked for 3 weeks and the score i gave for sales team was 7 out 10, not 1. Be warned, Honda reviews are not confidential and they will harass you about it after asking for honesty. Mariam, plz, do not harass paying customers for honesty. More
