My Range Rover was in need of a repair due to technical issue with transmission, I simply popped in and sat whilst he was handling a call with another customer (which he handled beautifully, explaining in detail warranty). Once off the call I told him what was happening, just then Miroslav came by to say hello and check what was happening with new car, by the time we had finished chatting in under 3 min, Talon had booked my car in without an appt and had the loaner keys ready. In 24 hrs they replicated the issue and found it was software update...was finished and perfect! Talon also always follows up with me after each visit to make sure everything is working fine. Our most recent efforts together have been in regarding vendor updates (AT&T Car Connect) and its connectivity to my 2020 Range Rover. Talon is extremely at ease in working with all technical issues and researches all pertinent facts before I arrive and is able to translate his vast technical knowledge into easy to understand consumer terms. He is thorough in his delving into the issue and when not able to replicate, takes additional steps to ensure that all checks and balances have been explored before leaving to ensure my Range Rover is always operating AAA+ He is a visionary, he is quite approachable as exhibited in his open style of communication and accessibility to people at all levels. He always remembers your past experiences and is thoroughly a delight to engage with, making one always feel welcome and at peace in the knowledge that you are in the best of hands. Thank you Talon! Crown Jaguar Purchase(s) I purchased a 2020 Jaguar F pace SVR in March 2020 and it was the best car buying experience I have had. Crown was having a great sale on their vehic I purchased a 2020 Jaguar F pace SVR in March 2020 and it was the best car buying experience I have had. Crown was having a great sale on their vehicles, I found one that I was extremely interested in, filled out the information on the website and was immediately contacted by Miro Ostojic. He walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and then put me in touch with the used car manager Talas Rodgers. After sending them a picture of my trade in, Talas gave me a fair and reasonable offer right off the bat, I was truly shocked. After preparing for an endless back and forth of bickering over the amount of the trade, I was so impressed with the initial offer I did not even counter as Crown had won me over. That had never happened to me in my many years of buying and trading in vehicles. Once that was worked out, Miro took care of all of the paperwork and the car was ready for pickup the next day. He went over all of the features and made sure I was totally satisfied, which I absolutely was! Fast forward to May 2020.........I decided to buy my trade back and ship it to my girlfriend up north in NY. So I contacted Miro once again and explained what I wanted to do. Despite all of the complications of shipping out of state and having her on all of the documents, Miro once again took care of me and walked me through the entire process every step of the way, including setting up shipping. It was just another great experience from Crown. More

My experience in purchasing my 2020 Range Rover Sport from Crown Land Rover of St Petersburg, was the best ever! Not only was Miroslav Ostojic extremely knowledged about the car, but he embodied the Land from Crown Land Rover of St Petersburg, was the best ever! Not only was Miroslav Ostojic extremely knowledged about the car, but he embodied the Land Rover approach to selling cars. He made it easier, faster, and better. We also were VERY impressed with Igor Allunovic (Sales Manager) we had full confidence in Igor, as he led us through the entire process from working the numbers, to the last “Fist bump” when everything was done. Never felt pressured or misled. Also the Finance Manager Morgan Richards was VERY Professional and pleasant to work with. Having to deal with someone you trust made the difference on making the final decision to buy the vehicle. They were all patient in answering all our questions along the way - especially Miroslav when showing us how to operate all the new features on our 2020 Range Rover. Thanks to Miroslav and Igor we were smiling as we drove our Range Rover off the lot on our way home. Look forward to purchasing a car from Crown Land Rover of St Petersburg again.
