Welcome to Chevrolet Nissan Walla Walla, the best dealership in town! As a Finance Manager who joined the auto industry over 22 years ago, I love bringing that knowledge to the team. Seeing our customers leave the dealership smiling after getting the financing they deserve on the vehicle they love is great. Regardless of the situation, our team will go the extra mile to try and get our guests approved. I’m known for having a very down-to-earth approach and an easygoing personality. I take the time to listen and work hard to provide the most transparent, honest, and informative information. Outside of work, I love family time with my hunny, Jim, and our teenage daughter. We take family trips and enjoy many adventures, including camping and snowboarding. Overall, I’m an outgoing person who is fortunate to be in a position to help others, which is precisely what I strive to do!

I would have liked a little more communication before signing. We paid about $1,000 more then we had budgeted. Because of not taking enough time to thoroughly read the paperwork we paid more. I purchased a vehicle form this dealership to be delivered and was assured there where no issues with the vehicle. When it was delivered the breaks where in an unsafe condition squealing and grindin delivered and was assured there where no issues with the vehicle. I'm very pleased with the car but Victor was dishonest with the license he told me my plates were transferred but when I ask DMV if I could but just a plate and get duplicate tags where I had already paid with the license he told me my plates were transferred but when I ask DMV if I could but just a plate and get duplicate tags where I had already paid for them, she said no I'd have to re-purchas but she said the dealership sent enough money to pay for tags plates and vin inspection so that means it was included in the loan so Victor lied to me. More

We had such a great experience working with Nissan of Walla Walla! Jamel was awesome to work with, very thorough, and we loved the videos he sent introducing himself and showing us the car. We did everything remotely and Jamel drove the new car directly to our house 5 hours away.
