They lied about the work the did. They lied about how long parts were taking. Very unprofessional got upset when i told them i wanted my car moved from their dealership and brought to crown kia. Asked for tires to be rotated and don't think they were. They pulled off the old oil change sticker on windshield and left sticky glue on windshield. I own a 2011 Kia Sportage that I purchased new from Regal Kia back in 2011. I have always brought it to Regal Kia for service. They have a super friendly staff. They don't try to push unnecessary service on Kia back in 2011. I have always brought it to Regal Kia for service. They have a super friendly staff. They don't try to push unnecessary service on you. My vehicle is always ready in a timely manner. They also have fair prices. I have them to thank for my Sportage's 170,000 miles without ever having a single issue. Thanks More
