After seeing different all the options that are now available...WOW, I then had to make even more decisions that I didn't expect. I don't buy cars often but I don't like sales 'pressure'. I didn't feel any pressure at all. All the facts and options were told and I felt comfortable to leave and go check out a couple other dealerships. It came down to the sales person that I felt the most at ease with. The other dealers had sales guys that I could 'feel' the 'push'. That really was a turnoff. They seemed too desperate and 'fake' in whatever they were telling me...Sooo back to KIA I came and made my purchase. I loved the 'one on one' help to show me how the features worked. I actually could use the car BEFORE reading the manual. More

Great salesman, do not like having to agree to arbitration Mitch was very thourough and took an extra 45 minutes synching our phones and setting up the screen aps on the infotainment screen. The finance office was efficient but claimed state law requires us to submit to arbitration in Illinois. I am pretty sure this is THEIR policy. More

Great Experience I went into Rock River Kia, not knowing I was going to leave with a brand new car. It is most definitely an upgrade from my old car and I couldn't be more thankful. Paul Lepien helped me look around with cars the first day I went and he was very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. Mitch Edler was also a great sales consultant and helped my family and I tremendously the day I got my car. I got exactly what I wanted and they worked with us. We even ended up getting a car for my mom a few weeks after as well since we liked their customer service so much. I highly recommend Rock River Kia. More

Great service Mitch was great. I wasn't able to make it in till later in the day (after 5), he went to one of the other lots to pick up the car we were considering Mitch was great.
