Jordon (the internet sales manager), who didn't get any credit for the purchase of our RAV4, was excellent. He was very up front and easy to communicate with. He made the buying experience a good one and our in-person buying experience go smoothly. Nate, our sales person, was excellent as well. Did everything that was asked of him. Followed up with us and made sure that our sales experience went smoothly. Also, a big shout out to the finance person, Mitch, who explained everything very well. We were quite impressed. The only things we thought left room for improvement was the very long wait time in getting the transaction completed (probably due to Black Friday sales activity) and the lack of any refreshments offered (none were offered). Other dealerships offer bottled water, coffee, etc. St. Cloud Toyota needs to update its showroom and offerings to its customers. We hope you take these suggestions seriously as it would improve the buying experience. More
