This dealer is absolutely terrible. I bought a used car here that had immediate issues and I’ve had to take it in three time to get it fixed. Mitch listened to us, connected with us as individuals, not just potential buyers, didn’t try to push anything we weren’t interested in, and basically made the buying experience a pleasure. And for those of you who have purchased a used car, you know how rare of an experience this is. I have been buying higher-end new cars most of my adult life and was absolutely dreading the used-car shopping experience. But Mitch delivered and I would buy another used or new car from him any day of the week. In fact, my wife took a picture of Mitch and my son in front of his new car before we drove off the lot… enough said! More
