Mitch was great! Ross was the Sales Mgr I spoke to initially via phone and he delivered on everything he promised. Unfortunately the experience with the dealership while I was there physically was terrible. There are so many things to point out, but the professionalism was sub par from Mason, and I had no personal interaction with the finance manager Chris until the end of the sale when I was finally leaving after being there for 3+ hours. I purchased out of state, and though it was a full purchase in cash, no one kew how to handle this to complete my purchase. There were numerous things wrong overall, and things missing or installed improperly on the brand new truck that needed to be settled and were eventually resolved weeks after my purchase because Mitch(service Mgr) was very helpful in ensuring I received what I was promised from the sales department. It's been 2 months, and technically I still don't own the truck because the paperwork wasn't filed properly and MSO wasn't released on time to my state of registration. I won't be coming back and I will make sure everyone I know does not buy at this dealership. I will point out as for as service goes, if anyone I know services there, I'll be sure to tell them to ask for Mitch to handle their needs. More
