recall fixes, and my car was finished in 1 1/2 hours--half of the anticipated time. Everyone I interacted with (5-6 people) gets a 5-star rating. All

All were very courteous and helpful; one gave me a ride--his offer--to where I could get lunch. (I could walk back.) The service rep explained everything very clearly and carefully and was very nice. I think it was Mitch, but no Mitch is on the list, so I didn't rate any of the possibilities. Best of all, in addition to getting the fixes with no charge, they washed, apparently waxed, and cleaned my car. It looks like new! (It's 6 years old.) I could not be more pleased with the service. Y’all need to repave and have the traffic for the Subaru come in and out from American Boulevard while routing the Acura traffic in and out from Lyndale. That would ease some of the congestion between your two buildings.
