At the moment I have a very low credit score which is something I am not used to. He made me feel comfortable and explained all of my options. However, as a now proud owner of a Jeep Patriot (the day after the test drive since it was so fun to drive), I can attest to the level of professionalism and respect shown to me--as a recent college grad and first time car buyer. Mitch was more than helpful in responding to my questions and inquiries and also was a tremendous help in starting paperwork on their end so that the actual car-buying process was as smooth and painless as possible. At no time did we feel pressured or overly pursued to make a move on the car, which was greatly appreciated given my initial apprehension as a first time car buyer. However, after the test drive and talking things over with Mitch, we felt very comfortable in further pursuing the vehicle and purchasing it in the end. As someone that looked at numerous cars at other dealerships prior to this experience, I was very much impressed by the level of personalized service and care Mitch took in taking me through the necessary steps. After this was over, it was time to approach financing. Dina Marshalek took great care in providing me with the necessary information to make an informed decision about financing the vehicle, as well as talking to me about extended warranty options. She was personable, friendly and more than helpful in this regard! Because of this extraordinary level of service and commitment to me as a consumer (in addition to how much I loved the Jeep Patriot) I can truly say I have no regrets with this purchase and decision. We went in to buy a new or certified pre-owned and ended up buying a certified pre-owned (as the new prices given on the website were confusing, which I came to know is the industry standard, nothing wrong with this particular dealership). Great Service Made me feel like I was apart of the family! Upon arrival Mitch took the time to walk the entire parking lot with me and give me very descriptive pros and cons of every vehicle! All of a sudden I saw it, the car I knew I would love. A 2011 Nissan Maxima SV Premium! He gave me all the information that I needed and was very patient while I made my decision! He then introduced me to Dina in finance who made phone call after phone call to get me the absolute best price and monthly payment! Even to the fact after every thing was signed and I was pulling off the lot I received another phone call stating another bank she called earlier had called back with an even better rate saving me over $2500 in financing fees! I got a great deal on this pre owned vehicle and my wife and I are very pleased with our new purchase! I highly recommend that if your in search of a great deal and amazing cars that you stop by and go see Mitch between his amazing sales and vehicle knowledge and Dina's awesome finance skills I truly felt like I was at home with friends!
