My wife and I traveled ~3 hrs from Richmond VA and arrived at this dealership by ~ 2:30 pm. In just 2.5 hrs, we test drove the vehichle, had all our questions answered, completed all the main paperwork etc. If I every buy on a Sunday again I will remember to make prior car insurance arrangements to have the vehicle listed on the policy! My wife and I worked with Mitchell Stainback who was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and we had a list of them. I strongly recommend this dealership as the process was streamlined and to my enjoyment stress-free. This dealership has become my dealership of choice (even though 3 hrs away from where we live! My lease was coming to an end and I just happened to speak to Daniel that morning before a friend picked me up. He was excellent to work with! He showed me a GC that they had on site and then looked at other in near by dealers when I wasn't 100% happy with the one they had. When I returned to pick up my current Jeep from service, Danial had all the pricing set up for both options so I could decide. When I returned to pick up the new vehicle, it was Danials day off but he had set me up with another sales person named Mitch. Mitch did a fantastic job as well making sure all went smoothly! Overall, I'm very pleased with Ourisman and continue to drive from Annapolis to give them my business. More

Mitch was so courteous and well- informed about the minivan that I am only slightly intimidated by the sheer volume of tech facts that I will be learning. Levi, the General Manager, was extremely professional and personally engaging also! I truly believe that I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else or been treated any better. I am looking forward to my ongoing association with this dealer and would definitely recommend going to Ourisman in Clarksville! More

Our only complaint was Dina in finance - we waited an hour for her (fairly certain she did not have a customer for most of that time) and she was clearly put-out by us refusing her extended warranty, so she explained it for a second time even though we understood it fine the first time around. Then got salty when we told her we were in a time crunch and refused her extended warranty for the second time. Even with that said, we will still be customers of Ourisman in the future, overall very pleased with our experience. More
