The lease buyout on my Lexus contract was $25,508 but they said Toyota gave them ~$25,770 & Mitchell said he could not change it. Also he orginally told me the safety inspection would be 100 the 1st call zi had with him; then he wasn’t sure and said it would be between 150 and 170 and charged me 158 for a 3 yr old car that was recently inspected by Lexus. I want a refund for being charged 260+ for the lease buyout especially since I was well under my allowed mileage. More
