An overall good experience though not the most efficient auto buying experience I’ve had at Del. That said, I was pleased with the Del Toyota staff I interacted with. Two standouts were Mitch in Finance (quick, concise finance process) and Antonio as Delivery Tech (great communication skills; responsive to my questions). Kyle Quittner served as my primary Del representative and did a good job guiding the transaction. Of note was his performance prior to delivery. His responsiveness and communication skills were exceptional, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. More

I was hesitant to trade it in. i walked in to del on 7/30 and was greeted professionally by your sales rep, mason. he was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. he allayed my concerns and explained the vehicle and financing options to me with patience and worked with me to get a deal done. thankfully you had one SE left and i loved it. the color is awesome - ocean gem. brian did an outstanding job explaining the electronics and the related subscription options. he was very helpful. i was thankful to drive off the lot that night with my new 25 camry. thank you. I came here yesterday after speaking to a representative at Lendward which was a lender I was potentially going to use. From the moment I walked in the door it was a relatively smooth process. Nick was our salesman and I would recommend him 1000x over. Thank you to Ryan the sales manager who was able to get the bank down to no money down and keep my payments down lower than what I ever expected with my credit. They rid my hands of my 2011 Jeep Liberty and put me in a 2018 Honda Civic. No dealership previously could get me into a newer vehicle let alone with no money down. I am forever grateful for the team of people who worked with me yesterday and will be a forever customer at Del Toyota. More
