We had already decided on something and then she finds the same car for $3,000 less than the one we were looking at. We are very happy with our decision and will be recommending going to see mrs Melody to everyone. Great selections at an even greater price! While you are there try to talk to Hoov he has one of the best personalities I have ever run into. Everyone there was as nice as could be. More

Poor Service and irresponsible dealing in vehicles Wilson Country does NOT stand by their customers! I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy 2500HD 6.6l Diesel Midnight Edition from Wilson County Chevy A Wilson Country does NOT stand by their customers! I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy 2500HD 6.6l Diesel Midnight Edition from Wilson County Chevy April 8th of 2017. The salesman named Rod was great at getting the truck into my hands. The truck was around 70K. Not a 24K sale but a 70K sale. The truck had been outfitted with Larger Tires, Wheels, Fender Flares, Window Vent Visors Window Tint and Vehicle 6” Lift by a company call DSI that was hired on March 10th, 2017 by Wilson County Motors which they gladly marked up an extra 11K. On September 1st 2017 heading to Connecticut for family trip, we were stopped by a Virginia State Trooper unware of why I was being pulled over. We set the cruise control according to the speed limit which was in this case 70mph on I-81North in the Shenandoah area. Truck was approached by Trooper and he had asked “Is there any reason why you were going 82mph in a 70mph zone? And “is the Window tint legal for Tennessee?”. When the Trooper came back he had 2 citations in his hands….. 1st Citation was for the Illegal Window Tint ($30.00 fine), 2nd Citation is for the Speeding ($90.00 fine), Processing Fee and a Local Fee on top of those fines ($64.00). The morning of this, I reached out to the salesman Rod and the owner of the company Mitchel Bone to address the ticket issues with a truck that I had recently bought from them which shouldn’t have any problems. I had to call Mitchel bone 5 or so times that day and he wouldn’t even take me or my wife’s call. I continued to leave voicemails. When Mitchel Bone finally contacted us back he didn’t seem to have any interest in fixing the issues. So much that I never got a call back from anyone at Wilson County Motors. I had contacted an attorney to go to contest the speeding violation on the court date due to the speedometer being off and the costs. This costs me $500.00 to date and it’s still not resolved. All I had wanted Wilson County Motors to do is cover the attorney costs to prevent my license from getting points on it due to them NOT calibrating the speedometer, have their shop or my local shop calibrate the speedometer to prevent this from happening again and to correct the window tint issue. They didn’t want to hear any of it. I then called and got Chevy corporation involved filing a case with them about Wilson County Motors. Chevy got ahold of Wilson County and Wilson County lied and told Chevy Corporate that I had them do the work on the vehicle. DSI was contracted on 03-10-2017 and I bought it on 04-08-2017. Nice try Wilson County! Now to this day, Chevy has been calling and emailing Wilson County Motors and they will not even respond to Chevy Corporate any longer. So now 3+ weeks later, no calls or emails from Wilson County Motors and no fix to my problem left from spending 70K on a truck from them. It is sad to get ZERO customer service when dropping that kind of money on a vehicle afterwards. They were happy to get paid though. I do not recommend Wilson County Motors to anyone! EVER! We’re even I’m the market for another truck too. I will be buying another vehicle from someone else shortly. Idiot move on your part. I have all documentation, emails from DSI, Emails and case numbers from Chevy Corporate, Copies of citations, proof of work done prior to my ownership so Wilson County….. try to lie all you want. I will post it all up for everyone to see. You have had ample time to fix this and make it right. Chris in Arlington, TN More
