Was shopping for a used vehicle (Mazda Miata), through Polly, their internet sales advisor. She was basically a robot, I called her many times for a few questions, no answer. We were negotiating through email, and they lost a sale over $300 because they had to include a $2,000 warranty that I didn’t need, as I was attempting to keep my payments under $300/month with $1,500 down. Sent an email to their general manager, and he was able to get me the deal I wanted, but its not the point..Unfortunately I went through another dealership. More

Well 1st off I was greeted when I walked in by colee and polly they then were very nice and welcoming. After that they started on the paperwork and trade once all that was kicked off then off I went on a te polly they then were very nice and welcoming. After that they started on the paperwork and trade once all that was kicked off then off I went on a test drive the truck drove great and rode like a dream. Did my look over and over didn't seem to see anything wrong. So moving forward we get to business which both polly and colee were very cooperate and straight forward and honest and each offer I came forward with they would go to work. other than that a great experience till I get home and wife was looking over truck and noticed a huge dent in the front right fender as ocd I am I should of seen it the worst is they never said a xxxx word about it and it was never in the carfax report so who did it asked them to repair it and they told me to basically kick rocks. Called mitchell the general manager 3 times and still no call backs. so besides the dent the entire experience was great and would recommend them to anyone. But be sure to definitely triple check everything on what ur buying cause they won't even help to fix it. Also they could of atleast filled the xxxx truck up instead it was on 1/4 no problem I just traded a truck that was completely full. But it is what it is good luck. More
