I went in for an oil change but ended up with a new lease! Mitchell was super helpful and worked with me to make the financials and car options work for my budget. He took his time to explain my lease-end opt Mitchell was super helpful and worked with me to make the financials and car options work for my budget. He took his time to explain my lease-end options and helped me to find the best car for my needs. It was a very long process though and I wish that aspect could have been a bit quicker as I didn't plan on being there literally 4+ hours (having only gone for an oil change) but in the end I am happy with my new car and the cool new options it comes with.
