First, we looked at a couple of other dealerships for a Availability and customer service were key components to buying a new car at Arrowhead Honda. First, we looked at a couple of other dealerships for a specific model (2019 Grey HR-V) and couldn't find one. The other dealerships tried to sell us something else that we didn't want (with great incentives) but it wasn't for us. Your dealership had the model we wanted and the salesman, Mo , was so easy to work with. No pressure and no hype...he made our purchase "A Very Enjoyable Experience." More

Sales and Service I bought a 2018 pilot from arrowhead. I live much closer to Surprise Honda and tried to strike a deal with them, unsuccessfully. Arrowhead Honda was much easier to deal with through the buying experience. I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully. I was concerned about the service department, since I had never had to deal with them before. I was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment. They took care of my oil change and tire rotation quickly. I was in and out in a flash. what a great experience...... More

Listens and pay's attention to detail Dropped my Accord lease off to service for an A1 and surprisingly found out that I had a nail in the tire, I knew my tires were needing to be replaced Dropped my Accord lease off to service for an A1 and surprisingly found out that I had a nail in the tire, I knew my tires were needing to be replaced soon but wanted to wait until the fall when I was going to decide to either keep my lease for the final 4-5 months or buy the car outright or trade it in. Anyhow I found out I needed my brake fluid changed along with my transmission fluid. They were nice and courteous and although I was surprised at the large estimate, I asked them if they could sit on it for a while so I can decide what I wanted to do. I called Mo and asked him what he could do for a lease trade in since I was nearing end anyhow. He called me back within 45 minutes we very clear and easy numbers, and within an hour I was at the dealership, picking out a color for a new accord lease. All in all Mo and the service team listened, paid attention to deal and turned what is normally a long process into a very quick in and out new lease. I am very impressed and will be back to get another vehicle soon. This is how the experience should be, quick, straight forward and customer service oriented. Mo and team hit the nail on the head with this one. More
