Look is all we wanted to do so we could be informed. We already knew that we wanted a Honda, we just didn't know which model. We met Mo and he was well informed to give us all the details. Also, very professional and courteous. We usually like to think about it and shop around. However on this July 4th day we decided to go ahead and purchase a new vehicle. Mo was very respectful and listened to our concerns. Two days later I was at an orientation for volunteer service that I was applying for. The question was put out about good or bad customer service and give our experience. I immediately had our experience with Arrowhead Honda come to mind so I expressed it to the group. So a roomful of people got to hear about you. You treated us well and we are grateful. Blessings to you and your organization. You are a great asset to our Glendale community. Ease Of Buying This was my second purchase from Arrowhead Honda. I was surprised at the lower interest rate offered by Honda. I thought my bank rate was great, but This was my second purchase from Arrowhead Honda. I was surprised at the lower interest rate offered by Honda. I thought my bank rate was great, but Arrowhead beat that deal. I was home with a new Civic within two and one half hours of entering the showroom. Very impressive! More

I think I scared the first sales person and he passed me over to MO. I explained that it would take a miracle if Mo was able to get me out of the car I was in and into the Honda I wanted. I told him I was not going to sit for 4 hours at a dealership. I was in and out in less than 2 and that was mainly because of the time I went nad finance being backed up. I don't normally trust sales people, I felt like he was doing right by me be and not taking advantage. I love that they are family owned, the manager came out and talked with me. I am a happy customer and will tell anyone who will listen :) More

Shopped the Rest, this was best Shopped Honda dealerships throughout the valley for about a month (including Showcase Group, Bell, and Superstition, among others). Used the online a Shopped Honda dealerships throughout the valley for about a month (including Showcase Group, Bell, and Superstition, among others). Used the online and in person versions. Arrowhead was by far the best. They didn't pull the "bait & switch" the other dealerships tended to use. We used a purchasing program, and they didn't try to "upsell" us from that - again the other dealerships did. The whole process was easy and low pressure. Ended up buying a new car for less than what another dealership was trying to sell us on a used car (one year old w/ 12K miles). Definitely would recommend. Also - Mo was our sales guy and he was very easy to work with. Showed us every car we asked for (had to go hunting for one of them, because it hadn't been out of detail yet), and let us decide what we would buy - didn't try to convince us to buy what he decided we should do. On the finance end, dealt w/ Walter who was equally low key. Did his job selling us on the add-ons, but also could take no for an answer. A As far as car buying experiences go, this one was definitely up there. More
