I want to recognize three outstanding employees at David Wilson’s Toyota for an exceptional car buying experience from start to finish. I purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid with 17,000 miles in Reservoir Blue with black rims, and the vehicle itself is excellent. From the moment I drove into the lot until the moment I left, I was treated like a superstar. It felt like a true “red carpet “ experience! Mohamad in Finance , Abdul Ali and FIDO, both salesmen on the floor, were knowledgeable, respectful, and consistent. There were no games, no pressure, and no wasted time. Everything was handled professionally and honestly. These gentleman exemplified what a true car buying experience should be! They were clear, efficient, and professional . Every detail was explained in plain terms, and the process was handled correctly without confusion or stress. I was also personally greeted by Adam, the General Manager, who came out to thank me for my business. That level of appreciation is rare today and speaks volumes about the culture at David Wilson’s Toyota. I was never treated like a number, I was treated like a valued customer ( which is rare nowadays). Each of these individuals deserves their own credit. Together, they set a standard that reflects extremely well on ownership and leadership. This dealership is a true one stop shop. I found the team I trust, and I will not go anywhere else for my future vehicle purchases. I am genuinely thankful for each of them and the effort they made to ensure I left as a truly happy customer. Keep up the good work and thank you for setting the bar so high!
