Mo sold my wife and me a 2025 Toyota Sienna - we had spoken on the phone the evening before and he made sure we knew to come in early as they are in high demand and go fast. They want you to sign paperwork without going over it with you, as well as add optional items that you don’t need to “blindly” get you. They also overcommit with lack of communication. Overall was a middle experience, my previous Toyota dealership was more pleasurable. But I still do all my business here. Mo is a nice person though. More
