But Mo he called me at least twice a week and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Talk about Awesome Customer Service!! Mo, Mo, Mo! Even though just going to the service department means that I will be spending money, the blow is lessened by Mo's awesome customer service, friendlin Even though just going to the service department means that I will be spending money, the blow is lessened by Mo's awesome customer service, friendliness & knowledge. I've been in twice in the last month, once by choice and the other by force. The air conditioning died in my Tiguan. I called the service department as I was leaving work at 5 o'clock on a Wednesday and was told that there weren't any appointments until Friday. After a few words, I was transferred to Mo, who had been my rep only a few days prior. Mo told me to bring my car in and said that he would do what he could to get it looked at as soon as possible. He did, worked with my warranty folks (new compressor, etc. needed) and got my car repaired for a Saturday pick up. Thanks Mo! More
