Warranty work It was time for my 10,000 mile warranty checkup and I also needed to get my annual car inspection done. I had to reschedule a couple of times and unf It was time for my 10,000 mile warranty checkup and I also needed to get my annual car inspection done. I had to reschedule a couple of times and unfortunately, the latest reschedule didn't get changed on the books. I showed up at 4:30 that day and Mo was at the desk. Despite the fact he didn't have me down for a 4:30 appointment that day, he didn't skip a beat and handled things very professionally. He was very kind and let me know a couple of times what the status was on getting my car all finished up so we could both leave for the day. Thanks, Mo, and to the excellent staff at Hiley VW for always treating each customer with extra special care. More

Outstanding service! Vehicle breakdowns are not experiences we want to remember. This being said, I had the best experience you could possibly have at Hiley Volkswagen. Mo Vehicle breakdowns are not experiences we want to remember. This being said, I had the best experience you could possibly have at Hiley Volkswagen. Mo Qaddura, my Service Advisor gave my family and I 120% when our 2010 VW Sportswagen's clutch failed while driving down the highway during rush hour the Friday before Memorial Day. While driving I noticed my clutch pedal was to the floor all on its own. My wife got on her phone and searched for the closest place to take it. She called and told them what was wrong with the car and they told her to ask for Mo once we arrived. We didn't quite make it, we landed in the parking lot of the dealer next door. Mo got some guys from the shop and they helped us push the rest of the way. By this time, the shop is about to close and so is the car rental place. I forgot to say that we live 2 hours north and were on our way to Houston for the long weekend. Long story short, Mo got us a loaner car so we could go to a hotel and the guys in the shop dropped the transmission and fixed everything the next day so we could continue our trip. AAA service all around. More
