Fe limited .The first thing I noticed when we drove up is that the sales team did not rush us in the parking lot as we have had experienced in the past with other dealerships. This was nice as it gave us a chance to browse the selection at our pace. When we were ready to get help from the sales team they asked who are we there to see and did not assume that they were going to automatically be our salesperson. After we did say we needed a sales person Moe introduced himself to us and proceeded to assist us. He asked several questions to be sure he was putting us in the correct vehicle. His suggestions were right on the money. Not only did we get exactly what we were looking for, we got a fantastic deal. Moe provided me with coffee and a special tea for my wife and made us feel very welcomed. Moe helped in facilitating the transactions between our credit union and Ron Carter. Moe provided us excellent service. I will definitely be recommending Ron Carter Hyundai and Moe to all of my friends and family. More

This was nice as it gave me a chance to browse the selection at my pace. When I was ready to get help from the sales team they opened the front door for me and asked who I was there to see and did not assume that they were going to automatically be my salesperson. Nice to see that these folks are not out to snag a sale from each other. After I did say I needed a sales person Mo introduced himself to me and proceeded to assist me. He asked several questions to be sure he was putting me in the correct vehicle. His suggestions were right on the money. After selecting the vehicle the part of car buying that everyone dreads (negotiating) began and I was surprised to see that it was not a test of wills but instead them helping me purchase at the best price and with great financing, way better than my credit union. Overall very happy with everything. Also make sure you go on a Saturday they have great free barbeque. More

The car buying process is never as quick as you want it to be, but they made it so comfortable for us. They provided our children with snacks and us with coffee and made us feel very welcomed. We also went in with our own financing from our credit union and Ron Carter was able to provide us a better loan with a better APR by over 4%! skepticism turned to purchase. when I arrived at the dealership I was not expecting to purchase a car that day. The sales manager, Justin, had called me earlier that week to say the when I arrived at the dealership I was not expecting to purchase a car that day. The sales manager, Justin, had called me earlier that week to say they were doing a buy back program and to see if i was interested. I was, however, i thought my credit was too bad to get another car especially a new one. But Mo worked with me and i walked out of there with a brand new 2014 sonata and couldn't be happier. it was a great experience. thank you, I will be recommending y'all to many a friends and family. I was explained everything to great detail, and when they saw I wasn't happy with the current outcome (be it pricing, the vehicle incentives or otherwise) the representatives that helped me were quick to find a solution. In the end I was given an amazing deal on a vehicle I do not think I could have found anywhere else, and for that I am eternally grateful.
