Bought a vehicle spring of 2022 the salesman was good to work with but they made a mistake on our home address on the paperwork which was pointed out to them. They claimed this was corrected. It was not wit work with but they made a mistake on our home address on the paperwork which was pointed out to them. They claimed this was corrected. It was not with the plates being returned to Corwin and the financial information was not sent to our correct address. When this mistake was discovered they were not helpful with everyone spoken neither being rude. Would not buy from again. More

I met with Moe to discuss trading in my 2018 RAV4 LE for a 2022 RAV4 XLE. He was so friendly right from the start and made me feel at ease. He was relatable, honest and forthcoming. I never felt like he a 2022 RAV4 XLE. He was so friendly right from the start and made me feel at ease. He was relatable, honest and forthcoming. I never felt like he was trying to hide details from me or swindle me like the stereotype car salesman. He gave me actual figures to look at and was honest the whole way through. He also worked very hard to get me what I wanted for my trade in! In the end, I ended up ordering the 2022 RAV4 XLE of my dreams (it was the exact exterior and interior color I wanted) and the whole experience felt great and meant to be! I can’t wait to get my new car in June or July! If I need to work with Corwin Toyota in the future (which I will because I am a die hard RAV4 groupie) Moe will be who I choose to work with. 10/10 definitely recommended working with him, you will not be disappointed! -Meghan, Fargo, ND More

I set up a purchase and trade for a Saturday with a 4 hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get hour away trip with $500 down. I was told “everything” was taken care of, was so excited! Then 2 hours into my trip I call the finance team to get the paper work going. He called me back and said...sorry the vehicle is not ready. What???? Seriously. Drove there anyway to make a deal, nope! The car was a mess and the 4wd was broken, oops!? They tried to be polite and the deal fell through, worse problem?? Told them call me back to see if we could make something happen after it was fixed, no call....worse dealership experience I have ever had. Sorry Darren, Mo, Dante, and DJ I am disappointed. This dealership has poor communication and only concerned about making a “deal”. More
