Superior product and service My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. He is the definition of service. Alex spent a easy two hours with us test driving and explaining the car. We never felt pushed to make a decision. It felt that Alex thought it was more important for us to understand what we were looking to buy then whether we were going to actually buy the car. Because of it, it is our feeling that Alex hands down has been one of the best car sales men we dealt with. The team,as well, was great. Mo Beidoun helped out as well. We stopped in the dealer ship and Alex was with a customer. Mo introduced himself and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of until Alex was free. All and all it was a great experance. I will be back to see Alex for my next car. More

As a previous BMW owner, I did not need anyone to convince me that BMWs were great vehicles, but he offered information about all the innovations of a new BMW. I was very impressed with Mo's knowledge about the cars he sells and his very low key, no pressure approach. The test drive we took provided another opportunity for Mo to shine. He knew everything that the car could be and do. He spent all the time I needed to explain and demonstrate the features of the 4-series. People say that BMWs sell themselves, but Mo made the process smooth and easy. Moreover, once I bought the car, Mo has made several post-sale contacts to make sure that I was pleased and comfortable with the car. Mo was very knowledgeable with every car we looked at, he showed me many options and not only was knowledgeable about every option but made sure it would fit all of my needs. Mo was definitely the most friendly salesman I have dealt with and seemed to truly have a passion for the cars he sold. I never felt pressured to purchase a car from Mo but his personality just made you want to buy a car from him.
