Just when you think they can't get any better than they already were the I have purchased several cars from Charles Barker Lexus in Newport News, VA. Just when you think they can't get any better than they already were they seem to top each experience that you had the time before. We had a lease and got a letter in the mail from our amazin sales person: Mohamad Mayassi. If you want to buy a car this is the person you want to see. He will end up being like part of your family because he looks out for you that good. We had 1 day before we left for vacation but the letter had a great deal so we called him and he said come see him. We did and he started working on a deal. We had to leave and ran out of time but he and the GM Thomas kept working on it until they got something we liked. He emailed me personally to make sure he could make a deal with us. We worked out a few details while on the road and they said they would finish the deal when we got back and have everything ready and waiting for us. They did just that. We came back from vacation and Mohamad and his team had all of the paperwork waiting for us. This was the easiest purchase yet. I love my new Lexus RX 350!!! I will not purchase a car anywhere else from anyone else. Mohamad is the best sales person we have ever had! He better not retire any time soon. Thomas, Tony, And Shawanda were also amazing and made the entire process seemless! One thing that impresses me I think the most is that every single one of these people remember us when we walk in the door and that says a lot when you only see them 1 time ever 2-3 years.
