Its been 3. 5 months since I purchased a used car from this disgrace of a dealership. I still have no tags from dmv and the dealer has admitted to losing my paper 5 months since I purchased a used car from this disgrace of a dealership. I still have no tags from dmv and the dealer has admitted to losing my paperwork and title to a third party company. They won't issue any new temp tags and have done 0 to help me. I have been hung up on and left on hold for hours on end. I have been cursed at and left voicemails. Never a call back. A supposed general manager named james white has given me the run around for days on end. Always an excuse and I'll call you back in 10 minutes and never a call back. I've been forced to file a dmv complaint and a title inquiry through the bank that financed the car and today a better business complaint. I've been forced to start the legal process unfortunately. The employees are rude and disrespectful. Don't walk away from this dealer.. run! If I could give less than 1 star I would. More

My wife and I recently leased and then purchased a car from Audi Arlington, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Shawn, our sales representative was knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He made the entire leasing and buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident with our decision. Mohamad, the manager, was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the deal. Thomas assisted us with the service contract, and he explained all the coverage details carefully so we understood exactly what we were getting. We truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Overall, the team at Audi Arlington provided outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car. More

Excellent customer service, starting with my two sales person, Shahab and Esther, who helped me choose my Audi Q5. I am very in love with my Q5.
