What a fine young man is Mohamed. Very personable. Knows his job very well. Was genuinely concerned that we understood every detail of the sale. By far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was unbelievably kind, attentive, and efficient. They never seemed to push or over sell. Mohamad greeted us immediately, with a dealership. Everyone was unbelievably kind, attentive, and efficient. They never seemed to push or over sell. Mohamad greeted us immediately, with a kind approach and brought us to the exact car we wanted. He was friendly the entire time even when we opted out of additional offers. Never felt uncomfortable. We then were greeted by the finance guy, Sam, who was just as amazingly kind. He gave us options for additional packages and when we opted out of some, he never became negative or pushy. They were great with our kids- which could have been an even more stressful situation if they hadn't. We first went to Beck Toyota in greenwood and it was the typical bad salesman you hear about. We saw this van and decided to try driving just to see and we are beyond happy that we did. I didnt know Ed Martin was still family owned but you can tell they are. Customer service is perfect.
