Had a great experience buying a car with Mohamed! He was friendly and professional. Since we weren't local and we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he sent us a video he made with a tour of the car, picture friendly and professional. Since we weren't local and we were buying a pre-owned vehicle, he sent us a video he made with a tour of the car, pictures of maintenance records and a couple texts to describe any issues with the car so we could decide if it was worth making the drive. He was very easy to work with and he did a good job to get me a deal I could live with. He is very attentive to making sure all is ready and clean when delivering the new cars. As I had no interest in an extended warranty or special wax or other add-ons that typically come up during the paperwork signing, I told Mohamed that I didn’t want to discuss that stuff. He relayed that to the finance person and it was certainly kept to an acceptable minimum. And, by the way, really love my new RAV4 hybrid. More

After contacting the dealership online from Ohio about a used Toyota I quickly got a response from Mohamed Awad. He worked up a reasonable deal and held the car for us while made the four hour drive. Upon our meeting he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The car was just as described and along with Sean one transaction hiccup was adequately handled and we drove the car home.
