Jamall was attentive and organized and answered all of my questions regarding the lease of the car. If he wasn't sure of the the answer he did some research and got back to me promptly. Jamall has a pleasant and friendly personality which made it easy to talk to. Due to difficult circumstances in the car delivery, he was in almost daily contact with where the car was in transit and when was the expected delivery date. He explained to me why there was a problem with car inventory and deliveries and that it was not the fault of the Lexus dealership. Mohammed in finance was pleasant to talk to. He answered all questions and was well organized. Matthew who explained the features of the car was very well organized. He really understood and explained the all the relevant features of the car. Michael the manager who I met briefly runs a well organized efficient operation especially during these times of low inventory and delivery problems More
