The truck was just what I wanted. The first day I was had limited time but sales associate and Manager were great to help speed the first part up. While doing the purchase paperwork, the sales associate went from polite to very rude and confrontational to my wife for asking questions about fees and a misunderstanding about ways to make the down payment. Even telling us to “Either buy the car or leave”. Strangest thing that has ever happened to us at a dealership. The manager was great though. Went out of his way to make things right. More
