Toyota Venza is my 2 car this dealership both times they charged Extra. 1st time $3000 and 2nd time they committed price will be $29,000 but they charged 29,599. Because when they write price list they show charged Extra. 1st time $3000 and 2nd time they committed price will be $29,000 but they charged 29,599. Because when they write price list they show price and sale tax together that’s why this small amount $599 I can Not see when I calculate afte finish my winter break new year vacation they charged $599 Extra. Then I visited the dealership and talk with them and talk over the phone 3 times but results is Zero because I signed it. They disappointed me More

The car i’ve chosen was great, I just wish the whole dealership was as good as the man Dwany who sold me the car. Lets just say its a very shady dealership with a cafeteria like set up where everyone bu dealership was as good as the man Dwany who sold me the car. Lets just say its a very shady dealership with a cafeteria like set up where everyone buying their cars all sit next to each other where you can hear everything going on as far as the deals go between the customer and dealer. On top of that, they are very shady and lack transparency due to the fact that we agreed on a price then they come back and come back with two extra $600 fees. One being an “ETCH” sticker that they claim all cars have to help locate if its stolen and the other was nitrous in the tires which they claim is “better than air,” here is the thing tho, when I mentioned it to them on the fact that it isn’t in the service record and that I will not be paying that fee cause there is no proof on whats in the tire and those stickers were already there they got silent and instant on trying to get more money from me before taking those fees off. We finally get to the finance room to have a chat and since they didn’t get all the money they were hoping for they decided to raise the APR even higher claiming that although I have good credit, its light - so asked me for more payments and were very quick to make it sound like they were giving me deals on the “Toyota Platinum” membership insisting that everything is so expensive cause I have light credit but here “spend even more money so we can make more money off you!!” and insisting that its “only $60 more dollars a month” and doing whatever they could to get the money they were losing on the payments I denied and get that commission. Lets be honest, if my credit is as light as you say it is but you’re still telling me its good and you tell me how “because I don’t make a lot monthly at work thats why we need more money from you since over half your fees would be going to your monthly payment price i’m providing you along with your living fees and groceries so you’re not working with much” wouldn’t you think a smart and genuine man would recognize that my monthly fee should be cheaper with less extra xxxxxxxx and not have an upset look when I deny all they were trying to sell?? He xxxx sure shouldn’t admit he knows life is expensive then ask for more money😂 Lets not forget, management tried to sell me a car for all that extra money that had an open recall and when I mentioned that “I will not be buying until that recall is handled” they were insistent on the the fact that I “have to handle all that myself cause they are a toyota dealership and not their job to fix those problems.” I mentioned how technically the car is still in their ownership and all recalls should be handled before they hit the sales lot and they provided more insistence on the fact that I have to get it taken care of. Like I said tho, Dwany was a great sales man cause he said he’ll take it to get the recall handled if he had to and when I mentioned to his manager how i’m sure they’d love if I got into an accident on the way home cause the steering rack recall wasn’t handled because you guys told me “its not your job to look out for the safety of your customers” they got silent AGAIN real quick and said they’d drop it off at the dealership. All in all, i’m happy with my car as I needed a new one but besides Dwany - the managers I spoke to, financing team and way business is handled publicly in a cafeteria like set up is very shady and there is a lack of transparency with them not telling you about any of these extra fees up front and waiting til they hand you how much everything cost at the end after payments. The price online after fees was not what they tried to sell for in person and tacked on a bunch of extra stuff that they claim was for the good of the customer that I didn’t ask for so should not be charged for something they chose to do themselves that was not even listed on the service record and just overall very shady. More
