I have no idea how these guys have such a high rating -- they're absolute scam artists. I'm tempted to report them to Kelly Blue Book because they are not honoring the cash offers KBB gives that then provid they're absolute scam artists. They are supposed to HONOR that cash offer. Instead, I drove over an hour only to be down right insulted by the offer made to me at the dealership. The rep took 5 photos, looked at the car for 2 minutes (which is in pristine condition), and then offered me over $5,000 LESS than my KBB offer. The most infuriating part was how shady he was being with his questions, and hiding his computer screen. He asked me questions about how much financing was left on my loan, and about a few other factors that shouldn't have contributed to determining the value of the car itself. When my partner and I asked to see the numbers, he almost refused to show us his computer (probably because there is shady stuff being pulled in the background for them to low ball people on super nice cars).
