Several times, he mentioned that clients get the same treatment whether they are buying a $40,000 car or a $6,000 car. True to his word, Fernando treated me very well and we got an excellent vehicle, even though it was from the Ciocca "Bargain Corral". What impressed us more than anything was that Fernando noted that the tank was nearly empty on our test drive, and made sure it was filled before we took the car home! I especially appreciate the Eyesight safety features. Having done my research and knowing the Legacy Sport was the model I wanted, coming back to Ciocca Subaru and my favorite salesman, Jeff Staver, was an easy choice. I was very pleased with negotiation process on cost and add-ons, and feel that I received an honest and very fair deal. This is the fourth car my family bought from Ciocca Subaru in the past two years, and the ninth going back to Ciocca's predecessor - that should confirm my very positive feelings about Subaru and Ciocca. After a long evening getting everything wrapped up, we were finally finished around 8:00pm on a Saturday night which all the pertinent team members stayed until we were out the door in our new car. With some Monday morning ends to tie, Mohammad was great with communicating with me early Monday morning and did a great job handling the situation at hand. I pulled in to Ciocca. late Monday evening without an appointment and Fernando Santiago stepped up to the plate and was able to put me into a vehicle of my choice that matched my goals. He was able to multi-task with another customer and me simultaneous showing real organizational and people skills. In no time the team was able to arrange financing that met my budget and included a service contract. A truly painless pleasant experience with everyone I came in contact with. Best car buying experience ever! I can truthfully say that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the time my daughter and I drove up to the time I drove off in m I can truthfully say that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the time my daughter and I drove up to the time I drove off in my new Forester things could not have gone any smoother. We were greeted by someone as soon as we got out of our car who escorted us into the showroom and found Katie Keenan for us. Katie then introduced us to Greg Fichter who would be our sales person. Greg was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for us. When I expressed interest in a particular interior leather, he even brought his own car around so that I could see it. Everyone we encountered that day was very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Ciocca Subaru to my friends and would definitely come back. And, I LOVE my new Forester. More
