Great experience My husband and I visited this dealership after having seen a certified preowned vehicle on line. From the moment we walked in the door we were treate My husband and I visited this dealership after having seen a certified preowned vehicle on line. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with respect and kindness. James was our salesman and he did a great job of bringing around the car we were interested in and pointing out all of the features to us. He did not try to pressure us at all or try to sell us a more expensive or different model. Once we made the deal we worked with Moody in the finance dept. Moody was one of the nicest, kindest men we have dealt with in a car dealership. He got us a fantastic interest rate and made the process very seamless. We talked quite a bit during the time we were signing all of the papers and I have to say Moody was very genuine and caring. Like James, he did not try and pressure us to buy features we weren't interested in and he did a great job of listening and responding to questions or concerns my husband might have had. Make sure you ask for James and Moody when visiting this dealership!! You won't be disappointed! More

I believe they are trying to to dilute all of the bad ones that had a similar experience to mine. This place is why people do not trust dealers and car salesman alike. They lied about a car I almost purchased being Honda CPO. They didn't mention it wasn't until after down payment and during the finance conversation. The car was advertised as CPO (still is) and the Salesman answered multiple questions about the Honda CPO warranty, purposefully never mentioning the car isn't actually certified. They have a "non negotiable" $1550 accessories charge that they add onto the advertised price of all cars. The salesman told many little lies that should have sent us out the door much earlier. Once everything was agreed upon, (price, interest rate, loan length) we sat down with the "finance manager" or second salesman. They tried to change everything right in front of our face under the guise on miscommunication. Constantly asking how much we wanted to pay a month, even though we already agreed upon everything and did the math. Constantly asking "what was the interest rate again? What was the price you guys agreed upon? What did he tell you? we cant do that!! Were losing money!!" ETC... Same old dealership xx. They tried to change the loan length an additional year and disguised it as them helping lower our payments, even though we didn't ask to lower the payments. They tried very hard to get us on the monthly payments game but we walked because of the frustration. No one actually listens to you here, they will try and squeeze every last penny out of you by playing the numbers games, read the poor reviews because they have somehow diluted them down with high scored reviews. Should have been an extremely easy sale but their games and lies sent us elsewhere. More

JP has sold me both of my hondas , and each time has been so positive and satisfying that if i could i would recommend him for salesman of the year. I highly recommend Napleton's river oaks and i strongly recommend Jeffrey Parham. More

Buying a new car I went to the dealership and the first person I seen was Oliver Marin I asked him did he sell cars and he said yes.It did not take long and I purchase I went to the dealership and the first person I seen was Oliver Marin I asked him did he sell cars and he said yes.It did not take long and I purchased a Honda Accord.The best part about this young man is he came in on his off day to finish the deal and he drove my 2012 Honda Accord to my mom house.He is soft spoken and willing to help.I also was helped by Larry Chambers and he sealed the deal.I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord from him and I wanted to deal with him but it was nice to see him again. More
