Had an overall great experience while we had to buy our new car, main reason being the Sales person Mohamed Ameyar who made the sale smooth and fast, at the same time not being pushy and dealing impatientl new car, main reason being the Sales person Mohamed Ameyar who made the sale smooth and fast, at the same time not being pushy and dealing impatiently. He did a real great job and we really had a very good time in the process. Kudos to Mohamed Ameyar, he is a great asset for the dealership. Also we had a very good time with Greg Maslowsky, he is such a friendly and great person to meet and interact. He was also well prepared and explained everything very clearly and in details. Overall we had a very good experience and loved the service. Looking forward to more such great experiences in the future More

There was no pressure at all! Mohammed was knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. We had a terrific experience start to finish. We did not believe the Odyssey was in our price range until we called in to get a quote. From the call, we learned that there was a sale that there were low int believe the Odyssey was in our price range until we called in to get a quote. From the call, we learned that there was a sale that there were low interest rates, and received a monthly price quote over the phone. This saved us tremendous time and energy. Giving the 'True Price' over the phone helped us make the decision to pursue an Odyssey immediate and more serious. When we went to the dealership, David patiently let us try multiple models until we found EXACTLY what we wanted. The no pressure approach with the True Price quoting made the entire process more transparent and more likely to follow through with the sale. Subsequently, Mohamed Ameyar did a fantastic job following up with where David left off the next day. Mohamed came with a quote that was more expensive than the one we received over the phone, however upon hearing this he went back to the financing office to see if the office would honor our original quote. The office did honor our original quote from the phone and demonstrated consistency and integrity. This made our decision final that we would indeed purchase the vehicle from Honda of Tysons. For consumers like us, this approach earned our respect and loyalty immediately. Fast information, competitive pricing, consummate sales staff, no-hassle experience made this our best vehicle purchasing experience. We have already recommended Honda of Tysons to other colleagues and friends. Lastly, Mr. Allen Kim assisted us with the final financing portion. He explained to us all of the additional options for features and protection warranties. We chose the 'Resist-All' coating and completed the sale. All in all, we are now loyal Honda customers, and enjoy our new 2013 Odyssey very much. It is clearly designed with the 'on-the-go' family in mind with a growing family. More

First and foremost, I felt that I could trust Mr. Ameyar’s knowledge of the vehicle There are three reasons why I rated this dealership “Great”. First and foremost, I felt that I could trust Mr. Ameyar’s knowledge of the vehicle. He did not pressure me in any way - he let me do my research and was always available to provide solid information and sincere guidance. Also, when Mr. Ameyar introduced me to the Manager, Mr. Labonte, I was so happy it was a no pressure introduction and Mr. Labonte too was very sincere in his approach. This was quite different from what I was experiencing at other Honda and Toyota dealerships. Secondly, once my research was completed and I was ready to purchase, I decided to purchase from Honda of Tyson’s Corner mainly because of the treatment received from Mr. Ameyar. Since I purposely did not discuss price with any of the dealerships prior to making my decision, I was still concerned about having to deal with the dreaded traditional car dealer negotiation experience. I was armed and ready with data and I brought a master negotiator with me for protection. Well, there was nothing for me to worry about at all with this purchase – there was absolutely no pressure. This dealership was well in line with their pricing - all of the figures were almost to the penny of what I calculated and was willing to pay. Instead of being pressured by a Manager, Mr. Labonte kindly worked with Mr. Ameyar and me to complete the purchasing process and everything went quite smooth. Finally, I have purchased several new cars and never has any Consultant taken the amount time to familiarize me with my new vehicle as Mr. Ameyar. I was so thankful for this time. When I left the dealership, I felt very comfortable with all of the controls and the electronics on the car. This truly was a fantastic buying experience and I will highly recommend Mr. Ameyar and Honda of Tyson’s Corner. More

I have purchased from this dealer once before, and the experience & pricing was SO great that even after moving to NYC... when it was time to purchase another vehicle after I had an accident, they were th experience & pricing was SO great that even after moving to NYC... when it was time to purchase another vehicle after I had an accident, they were the only dealership I bothered to even contact. As usual, they were extremely helpful and ACTUALLY answered ALL of my questions. They weren't shady with pricing (it was actually the same once I got to the business office!), and they even went through the trouble of working to get me a better rate from the bank since I ended up taking a last minute trip to their dealership on a Sunday. They went through every bit of trouble to make sure that I understood all of the lease details and they had already found the car for me. As long as I stick with the Honda Brand or Used Cars... I don't think I can purchase anywhere else. I have purchased/leased MANY vehicles/motorcycles from MANY different dealerships over the past 10 years and no one has ever been able to top them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Thank you to Jeff, Greg, Mohammed, Sharon and everyone who worked together to make my car buying experience so smooth. (If you're wondering how I remembered all of their names... I had to email them to ask! But its worth giving credit to a dealership that deserves it) More

All the professionals that were part of the purchasing process were very professional and helpful (both sales persons, the sales manager and the finance manager). I had a great experience signing my new lease agreement for the 2013 Honda Civic LX. I was contacted by Mary Gerrety regarding my 2010 lease term coming up and she invited me in to discuss signing for a n for the 2013 Honda Civic LX. I was contacted by Mary Gerrety regarding my 2010 lease term coming up and she invited me in to discuss signing for a new vehicle three months early and that the dealership would take care of my remaining payments. Mohammed was very informative and friendly. He walked me through the new features on the 2013 model and took me on a test drive. He understood where I needed to be with the monthly payment and did not pressure me. I appreciate that he took the time to help me set up my phone with the Bluetooth and guide me with the information needed in transitioning from being a DC resident to recently moving to VA. As a single female, I was recommended to always go through the process at a dealership with my father, boyfriend, or male friend. However, I went through the process by myself and think it went great. They provided me with clear answers and also helped lower the monthly payment. Previously, I was an account manager for Cars.com from 2007 to 2010 and spent lots of time in dealerships throughout northern VA and MD. I know not every dealership is this helpful. I am happy with my new car and appreciate the support given at Honda of Tysons. More

the purchase experience was very positive. My wife and I like the approach the dealership takes to selling. there is no going back and forth between the sales person and the sales manager. The price you see on the car is a lower price that compares well to the prices that are provided by consumer reports. We will probably go back to this dealership when we are in the market for a new car. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful and very low pressure. More
