contact with me over the weekend to continue working with his manager to get me a deal we were both happy with for my new Silverado LT Trailboss. Austin in financials got us processed quickly and out the door smoothly. Only giving 4 stars for the dealership as a whole because pricing on the dealership website did not include several thousands of dollars worth of dealership addons, nor were these addons described anywhere on the site. This felt like false advertising and dishonest practice and was what made us leave the dealership at first. Again, Mohammed was awesome and got me a great deal I was happy with.

5 hours to see was not there, I walked the parking lot for over an hour on my own, despite having notified the sales team I was on my way, to see the truck we’d been communicating about for days. I was ready to leave, when my husband actually found the truck I wanted. After 3.5 hours of being there, never offered a drink or any other common courtesy. I sat waiting on finance for over 30 minutes before I was done, ready to walk out the door. The finance mgr came and introduced us to Arturo and he made the entire experience better, if I was rating his services alone, I would give a 5, as he had me in my truck in less than half an hour. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so bad, that Arturo’s stellar performance could not carry the whole dealership.

of me and my wife before, and during the purchase of our new vehicle. But Classic on the other hand has changed since the last time I purchased there. Classic used to be a dealership that didn't try to scam you on upcharging for dealer addons. To me that was always a level above all dealerships. Now they are just another typical dealership. I did not appreciate the slipping in the $4000 dollars of addons. It was NEVER presented months ago when I put the down payment on the vehicle. And was an insult to me and my wife. I have a lot of knowledge on the vehicle that I purchase and trade in. And this has been the second time that I was low balled on my trade. I also know for a fact that on the Nitrogen addon is xx because by the time we got home Onstar allerted me that my tires were low and they were all at different pressures. I know that the machine that is used is connected to all four tires at the same time and removes all the air with a vacuum pump at the same time. Then it fills all the tires to the same pressure atvthe same time. I know this because I run Nitrogen in my ZL1. Also the pressure swing is greater than 2 lbs which is not Nitrogen filled. I also would like to know were the Lojack devise is located. Because according to Lojack it has batteries that eventually will need replacing in order to work. I really hope that Classic goes back to being a a leading dealership in not only sales, but the respect of the customer. For without us, you have no business. And the fact that y'all now have my trade on the lot for the exact amount that I said it was worth for resale after we were told that it was NOT good for wholesale.

I am not sure what you consider Elite about your dealership. Elite to me means above all other dealerships. And not just in sales. Classic was once a great dealership and a great sponsor to our Camaro club that I have been a member of since 2009. Back then there were actual sales personnel that actually knew about the cars that they were selling. They also did NOT have to go back and forth to the sales manager to get approval. Fast forward to 2017 when I ordered a ZL1 from Classic from such sales personnel mentioned above. But things happened at the dealership and that person among others were let go. And so began the problems at Classic. The sales guy that I was stuck with with the updates, receiving and finalizing my purchase of my ZL1 made more excuses NOT to do something than actually help a customer that was buying a $67,000 car. But I guess he didn't real give a crap. Then there was the $3000 low ball offer on my 2016 trade in. Which I ended up selling it for $3000 more at Ron Carter. Your salesperson basically told me that he wasn't going to talk to anyone to get more for my trade. I told him if it wasn't for ordering and waiting almost a year for this car I would have walked right out the door. Now years later I once again find myself at Classic to purchase another vehicle. Mind you the third one. So I searched for the 2023 Colorado Z71 that I had built on the Chevy website and found that Classic had one on order. So in October my wife and I went up there and put a deposit on this truck. NEVER was I told about the $4000 worth of xx dealer addons. Fast forward to delivery day and then during negotiations hit with the low ball trade offer again. Then the shocking addons. And your sales manager wanted me to put a dollar amount on it, in which I told him Zero for I was never informed about previously. My wife and I alway do our homework when purchasing anything, especially a vehicle. Trade value and market value of trade and the new vehicle. I was coming out of a GM lease on my 2020 Colorado which was my trade and was offered $200 dollars over my $24,800 balloon payment at lease end. I was asking 28k and I mentioned that they could sell it for 32k to 35k. So I accepted the final offer of $26500. We got there at the dealership at 10 in the morning and didn't leave until almost 4 in the afternoon. I have never had to spend that much time at a dealership making a deal on any vehicle. There was way to much of going back and forth on everything. And I haven't even gotten to the financing part and the forcing of more products on us. I thought I was just buying a truck. But had a discussion with the finance guy about the extended warranty. That it was bumper to bumber for 5 yrs and that the factory warranty only covers defects. And he couldn't tell me the difference between manufacturer defect and what the dealer warranty covered during the first 3 yrs that they overlap. Which interm means that it was only a 2yr extended warranty. I'm not quit sure what you will do towards my concerns and I am probably just wasting more of my time. And what really sticks in my head is that the salesperson kept telling me that he was there for us. Give me a break. He was there to make a sale. And don't tell me how I need to fill out a dealer survey. If you do your job and do it well I will give you high scores. But I'm NOT going to lie just to make one look better than they actually are. I too am in the service industry and I for one will sign my name onto every job that I do. For my work is my reputation. So if Classic just wants to be like all the other dealerships then you are doing a great job at it. Or do you really want to be ELITE like your name says. Because for me, I did not see Elite. Thank you and looking forward to your response.

Sorry for the late response, but I have been busy. Lets talk about this transparency for a moment. My wife and I are concerned about the numbers on our paperwork. There is a lot added that was not explained line by line and the fact that we were not shown what we were signing when forced to use a signature pad. My $4000 down payment basically got wiped out by the forced addons that we were told that we were getting at a discounted price. Its funny how it added right back to what it was . Also I recently washed the truck for the first time and found sticky stuff all over and also the driver door was damaged at the bottom leading edge like someone opened it and hit a low cocrete wall or pillar. In the short time that we have had possession it was NEVER parked anywhere near such things. I take care of my vehicles because I have always thought of them as ones second largest purchase behind a house. The damage is all the way down to bare metal and I have concerns of it rusting. At first I thought it was something just stuck on it like the other spots, but noticed that it was very rough a jagged like it was up against concrete. Oh and I almost forgot that NO ONE at the dealership noticed that my truck had NO Z71 stickers on the rear quarters. Also just this week I get a text message from Classic about recommended maintenance on my 2017 Camaro ZL1. Classic has never contacted me since I purchased that vehicle. So why would you be concerned now? I'm not sure what could be done about my concerns. I have also been contact by the sales manager Tony Gomez. But I have not responded just yet.
