We have known Mohamed Sid’ahmed, our Sales Representative and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been the and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been there for us – and hopefully will still be around for our next Toyota in the coming years. They know us and we know them; we don’t have to explain everything all over again. We were treated like family and at an auto dealership there is no price for that. Because of that we trust them to always do the right thing for us. We felt that whenever we needed to lease a new Toyota, (4 over the last 5 years), we would be completely comfortable returning to Mohamed and Ed at Sloane knowing we are recognized as family and treated well. They worked with us to structure a lease that was right for us. My only problem? Which Toyota do I get from them next! More

My wife and I worked with Slaone Toyota before when I purchased my Rav4. At that time we worked with Rick Dyer and had a fantastic experiance. When we stopped in on 9/4/2013, Rick had other customer a purchased my Rav4. At that time we worked with Rick Dyer and had a fantastic experiance. When we stopped in on 9/4/2013, Rick had other customer appointments to attend to so he recommended Mohammed. After our experiance last night, I would highly recommend either one. First off they are very up-front, willing to work with you, and try their best to get you the deal you are comfortable with. They are 100% about the customer experiance and as someone who worked in sales before I couldn't ask for anything more. When we are ready for our next car we will be back!!!! More
