My recent new car purchase at Sloane Toyota in Malvern was my first positive car buying experience, thanks to salesman Rick Dyer and his teammate, Mo. I was able to negotiate a fair deal on a new Toyota without dealing with the usual games that most dealerships try to play. The price was fair. The process was transparent. The customer service was top notch. I am not always the easiest customer to deal with, but this team had the patience and knowledge to make sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. I will certainly be returning to these guys for my next car purchase...they have earned my trust. More
