Their warm welcoming and the awesome hospitality made me feel like I have been a customer with them for the past 15 years even though it was my first time walking in. I highly recommend working with Mohamed and his manager Steve as they provided me with a legendary customer experience, I thought I will be there for hours trying to get a good deal. However, the entire experience from test driving 4 cars to negotiating the price and signing the papers was less than 2 hours. For me this is a record. I’m very excited today while writing this not only because I got a new car, but also because I got a dealership that can take care of me and my family needs. 100% recommend Sloanes dealership to you and especially to first time car buyers! The sales person Mohamed Sid’Ahmed not only made the process easy for me but also gave me a price that I did not think it was possible. Mohamed was straight forward, allowed me to test drive 5 cars and stayed 45 min past closing time and not once I felt I was getting taking an advantage of. I 100% recommend Mohamed if you want a good deal on your car especially if it is your first time buying/leasing. The reason why I wrote this review because if it was not for my friend who referred me to Mohamed, I would have probably got stuck with a sales person who cares more about the quota than my comfort.
