If he's busy (like most good salespeople usually are) I would suggest you wait for him. He's worth your time to speak to directly. You won't feel pressured at any point - you will have a salesman actually listen to what you need and want, and he will work out a deal you'll be happy with for years to come. I bought a used 4Runner after trading in my 240k mile 4Runner. I was impressed with how everyone at Sloane treated me. Mohamed in the selection and working out the price, Mike Nazrat in welcoming me to another purchase and Jim Horrex when working out the payment and banking options. Even the used car manager came out and introduced himself after appraising my trade-in. Great place to buy a car and wouldn't go anywhere else! More
