At "the other dealership" we were treated like exposed con artists for using Internet resources to set our expectations for the pricing on the new vehicle and the value of our trade-in. We wondered if our extensive due diligence had been done in vain. However, we made the wise decision to continue our day at Sloane Toyota of Malvern. After a hardy greeting by Sales Manager Elliot, we were very fortunate to be introduced to Mohammed. Mohammed's business acumen is beyond comparison. He truly turned our frowns upside down! With smiles on our faces and a feeling of extreme satisfaction we drove away this afternoon in our new 2015 Toyota Sienna LE AWD. The next time that we purchase a new car, and that may be soon as we have two other older cars (a 2000 and a 2002) that are due for replacement, we plan to start our car buying day speaking with Mohammed, and then to drive to lunch in another new vehicle : ) We recommend that you do the same!
