The checkout process is too long and the add-ons asked at check out come down in price when u keep declining them...all of a sudden everyone has coupons to make it cheaper so that made me mad that if i would check out come down in price when u keep declining them...all of a sudden everyone has coupons to make it cheaper so that made me mad that if i wouldve agreed intially to the sales pitch then i would have paid $1000 more. Not cool. And one of our key fobs ran out of battery 2 days after purchase so hopefully that is a complimentary service to replace. But we love the car so far so good More

Tricia, Thank you for providing this feedback, and we apologize for not providing you with an exceptional service experience. We never like seeing that our service doesn't meet the standards customers have come to expect, but reviews like this help us improve. If you don't mind reaching out to us so that we can speak directly, we'd love to address your concerns in detail. Sam Lotta - slotta@cityautogroup.com
