So i Bought a 2017 Cacillac XT5 about 4 months ago took on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that the engine was going to go out espically at only total of 89000 mile and am still having issues after the replacement had to change out he fuel pump and its still in the shop trying to work out all the issues. I will never purchase an other vehicle from HGreg in orlando after i have read some more of the reviews on this company they are a bunch of laires and cheats they fall into to the total car sales image that everyone doesnt want to come accrossed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER LAIERS AND CHEATS. JUST TO MAKE THE MONEY OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!!!!! More

Wish it was possible to give HGreg a no star. I tried to talk with them several times to purchase a vehicle. I had my financing ready and wanted to come finalize the deal. I called several times and was pushed off to another line to leave messages. A call was never returned. I finally was able to talk with a salesperson at the Orlando store. I was told I could pay $150.00 and have the car transferred and then make the deal. I was told he would call me back. No return call again I called the next day talked to the Doral dealership and was told they transferred the car to Orlando I was overjoyed. I then call the Orlando dealership ready to come finalize the paperwork. I was told bluntly first come first serve you are out of state and we sold the car! I was shocked to say the least. I inquired about being first, had my financing and was ready to purchase a plane ticket to come pick up my car! I tried for 2 weeks to purchase this car. I only needed to schedule a time to sign the paper and drive my new car off the lot I never received any return phone calls after numerous messages left. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the car I was in the process of purchasing was sold to someone else! More

Do not ever, EVER, EVER go here to buy a vehicle. We flew down recently to help my daughter buy a car. She bought it from HGreg in Orlando on a Friday - two hours later the check engine light came on We flew down recently to help my daughter buy a car. We went back Saturday and the manager on duty told us the service dept was closed and to come back on Monday at 9 am - he said he would be there to take care of the situation. My daughter arrived at 9 and guess what - the manager wasn't there and the other manager on duty wanted nothing to do with helping our daughter. My wife and I called only to get nowhere with the receptionist - she kept transferring us to a voice mail that was full. After about our fourth time calling, our next 5-6 calls would be picked up and immediately hung up without speaking. Then our calls would not even go thru - I'm sure our numbers were blocked. I then called the Doral main office and told them what was happening - they were not happy to hear about what was going on and apologized. And then wouldn't you know it - the manager who was supposed to be there to meet my daughter 'suddenly' called us. He told our daughter to bring the vehicle in ASAP, which she did. They said it needed a couple of parts and that they had to order them and they would be in a couple days later (on WED 3/27) and they would call her and get the vehicle straight in. Guess what, it's now eight days (THU 4/3) after when the parts were supposed to come in and she has not heard a word from them. And our calls will still not go through. Take it from me - do not EVER consider buying a vehicle from HGreg Orlando. They are the worst scam artists in the auto industry. And btw - no matter what number they give you to call (even when they say its a 'direct line'), the numbers ALL go to the same system where you can never get an answer and cannot leave messages. And I almost forgot - our daughter is getting emails from the bank that she used for her car that she traded in saying she is late for a payment - HGreg has STILL not paid it off yet. I would give HGreg Orlando a -5 if I could. Be forewarned about them. UPDATE: So a ‘manager’ replied to my review and said he would ‘reach out directly’. But guess what - it’s been six days since the manager’s reply and he has STILL NOT reached out to us. Oh, of course, the phone number he left in his reply goes straight into the phony phone bank I talked about earlier. HGreg in Orlando is a SCAM and they are rip-off artists. More

First, our sales specialist, Nathanel Gomez, was superb, kind, professional, caring and friendly. He went out of his way to satisfy us and ensured we were happy with the SUV we bought. It was not an easy buying experience due to our "credit" but they made it possible for us to leave with the SUV we chose!! Trust us when we tell you that they do care for their customers...
