Exceptional and proffessional car buying experience I was in the market for a new vehicle and after dealing with Ahmed Messaoudi at Koons Honda on a 2016 Honda Pilot last year with excellent service le I was in the market for a new vehicle and after dealing with Ahmed Messaoudi at Koons Honda on a 2016 Honda Pilot last year with excellent service level and as i knew he was currently at Hendrick Honda, i decided to visit him and see what the Honda brand has to offer as i had my eye on a civic after reviewing it. Ahmed's welcome was exceptional and the at most professional in all regards. He made me feel at ease and he knew the product exceptionally well and helped me make my decision on the 2017 civic touring that i purchased last night 4-25-17. Ahmed is a breath of fresh air and shows no pressure during the deal rather than guide you through it. he gave me the option to test drive the Civic and the CR-V to compare and help me make my decision. he worked with me on finding the right color and package combination on a touring Civic in which he went to another dealer to bring it for me. I felt well taken care of and the deal went super smooth and in addition the finance manager Moises Urcuyo kept that level of service in the finance office and was super professional as well. I was greeted by Moises Urcuyo, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. We bought a new 2016 Honda Accord and my wife and I both love the car. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. I must say Moises Urcuyo is the most experienced and the best salesman I have ever met. Moises Urcuyo is not only experienced, patience, helpful but also very nice and professional. Moises Urcuyo made my new car buying to be easy, painless and joyful. His Sales Manger Tom gave me the first 6 oil changes included in my price since I was car shopping if I was to return to purchase the vehicle. I like that they disclose all the charges and do not hide any fees and then you wonder if you got a good deal. In fact you do get a good deal. The condition of my vehicle was outstanding. The way that they condition the vehicle from the inside to the outside you would think you were receiving a new vehicle. More
